Terms of Service - Plains Photography

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Plains Photography. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") outline the conditions for working with me for weddings, couple sessions, senior portraits, and family photography. By booking with me, you agree to the following:

1. Services Offered
I specialize in:
Wedding photography packages (engagement sessions, full-day coverage, online gallery delivery)
Couple sessions (anniversaries, proposals, casual lifestyle)
Senior portraits (custom sessions with outfit changes and locations)
Family photo sessions (in-home, outdoor, seasonal mini sessions)
I aim to deliver personalized experiences and timeless imagery.

2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
Full payment is due prior to the session or event day, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 days in advance.
For weddings, a detailed contract may be required to confirm services.

3. Image Rights & Usage
All images remain the copyright of Plains Photography.
Clients receive personal-use rights for printing and sharing online.
Select images may be used by us for portfolio, marketing, or social media unless the client opts out in writing.

4. Turnaround & Deliverables
Galleries are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks of the session. Wedding galleries are 8-12 weeks of event.
Rush editing options may be available for an additional charge.
Final deliverables may include high-res digital files and print release

5. Edits & Requests
Light retouching is included (exposure, cropping, color correction).
Additional edits (e.g. skin smoothing, object removal) will vary depending on session.

6. Limitations & Liabilities
I are not liable for delays or image quality impacts due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue lighting, etc).
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography session.

7. Communication
You will receive my personal phone number upon booking so we can better reach each other.

8. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
